Summary: Essential Functions: • Assist customers either in person or by telephone with questions or concerns related to any account or service offered by the Bank. Researches and analyzes reasons for errors. • Assist customers with account maintenance such as address changes, stop payments, check orders, direct deposits, account transfers, etc. • Perform teller duties including cashing checks, managing cash inventory, issuing monetary instruments, referring business to loan and account officers and all vault, ATM, and other cash handling duties as needed and/or assigned • Processes incoming and outgoing wire transfers requests. Rents safe deposit boxes and escorts customers to vault for access to boxes. • Determines consumer lending needs and works with customers to complete and process the loan application. • Other duties may be assigned General Qualifications: Experience: Six months to one years' previous bank experience is required. A customer relations' background is necessary to promote customer confidence in bankers relations and investment procedures. |
