Summary:
Greets customers in a professional manner while servicing the customers by opening accounts, analyzing their needs, and cross selling other bank products.  May process consumer loans within specific lending authority.  May operate teller window or assist the tellers for the convenience of the customer. 

Essential Functions:
• Provide account services to customers including opening and closing accounts, identifying needs and cross-selling products and services, communicating with customers and prospects on about bank events and/or new products and services, as well as problem resolution and collections

• Assist customers either in person or by telephone with questions or concerns related to any account or service offered by the Bank.  Researches and analyzes reasons for errors.

• Assist customers with account maintenance such as address changes, stop payments, check orders, direct deposits, account transfers, etc.

• Perform teller duties including cashing checks, managing cash inventory, issuing monetary instruments, referring business to loan and account officers and all vault, ATM, and other cash handling duties as needed and/or assigned

• Processes incoming and outgoing wire transfers requests.  Rents safe deposit boxes and escorts customers to vault for access to boxes.

• Determines consumer lending needs and works with customers to complete and process the loan application. 

• Other duties may be assigned

General Qualifications:
Knowledge
:  Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with additional banking courses through a community college or AIB.  A thorough knowledge of the Bank's products and services is necessary.  

Experience:   Six months to one years' previous bank experience is required.  A customer relations' background is necessary to promote customer confidence in bankers relations and investment procedures.
