Summary: Essential Functions: • Review, processes, close and administers consumer loan proposals. Analyzes applicant financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan. May approve loan within specified limits or submits application to credit analyst for verification and recommendation. Assist customers either in person or by telephone with questions or concerns related to any account or service offered by the Bank. Researches and analyzes reasons for errors. • Assist customers with account maintenance such as address changes, stop payments, check orders, direct deposits, account transfers, etc. • Perform teller duties including cashing checks, managing cash inventory, issuing monetary instruments, referring business to loan and account officers and all vault, ATM, and other cash handling duties as needed and/or assigned • Other duties may be assigned General Qualifications: Experience: One year to three years' previous bank experience is required. A customer relations' background is necessary to promote customer confidence in bankers relations and investment procedures. |
