What does your logo represent? |
The logo represents our relationship with the customer. The customer is represented by the large dark green leaf while we are the smaller light green leaf at the foot of the mark, helping our customer grow and shine. The relationship is reiterated in our type using color. The word Bank is in our lighter green, while Carolinas, which represents the customer, is in its corresponding darker shade. Contrary to some belief, the leaves are not those of the kudzu vine. Although their design is based on the dogwood leaf, they are unique to the bank. We think of them as Bank of the Carolinas leaves.

What is Kudzu? |
Kudzu was a Home-Grown Art Project which took place during the summer months of 2006. Bank of the Carolinas asked artists of all ages and media to submit work to Kudzu for both a juried prize or a community choice award determined by online voting! It was a tremendous success that brought in over 460 works of art.
