Summary:

Assists the Commercial Loan Officer(s) and participates in building the bank's customer base by performing the following duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Assists in loan processing for the Commercial Loan Group

·        Resolves customer issues or problems.

·        Assembling banking proposals for the Commercial Loan Group to present to prospective and existing customers.

·        Assists with branch activity when needed or required to include answering the phone daily and supporting Teller/Banking Specialist staff with loan questions.

·        Generates and screens leads following establishment policies and procedures to attain new business relationships and product sales.

·        Track sales

·        Promotes and cross-sells bank products and services as appropriate to customer requirements, such as business checking, business credit card, and letters of credit.

·        Product shopping, comparing our commercial banking products with competitors

·        Other duties as assigned.

 

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
