Summary
Responsible for providing a wide variety of information in a quick and efficient manner with a flexible work schedule via telecommunications

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• First-line customer service representative, fielding customer inquiries by telephone, email, and other means of communication
• Cross-sell services via telephone, facsimile, and e-mail
• Process account changes
• Assist customers with account problems, checking reconciliation of errors in transactions, on-line banking concerns, Visa/ATM cards
• Perform account maintenance
• Offers creative suggestions for improvement of service to customers or to improve work flow
• Courteous and discrete performance of duties, holding customer account information in strict confidence
• Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience
Associate's Degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
